Karuna is Director and one of the Founding Partners at Facio Communications. In her last role, Karuna was the Head of Corporate Communications for Discovery Networks Asia-Pacific and led its Public Affairs, Brand Communication, Talent Management and CSR campaigns in the region. As a member of the Senior Management team, she partnered in Discovery's growth and localization strategies and played an instrumental role in building the company's distinct reputation amongst viewers, trade partners, advertisers, government, influencers and media. In her six years at Discovery, she has launched nine television channels reaching over 150 million households, across the urban and rural landscapes.
Some of her notable distinctions include the launch of India's first lifestyle channel TLC, Discovery Channel's undisputed leadership in factual television, creation of high-definition genre in India and the launch of the game changing channel in the kids' genre - Discovery Kids. Over the years she has developed multiple award winning campaigns including one of the biggest television shows Living with KKR, What Not To Wear- India with Indian and international celebrities and Where Tigers Rule appealing tiger conservation.
Prior to Discovery, Karuna worked with Turner International where she led Cartoon Network and Warner Bros' communication programme. One of the most respected communication specialists in India, during her 15 years in the field she has conceptualized and led hundreds of path-breaking campaigns for India's leading corporates across IT, Telecom, Auto and Financial Industries at leading communication consultancies Weber Shandwick and Text 100.
She is a Sociology graduate from Lady Shri Ram College.
Rahul Pandit is the Founder and Pricipal Consultant at Facio Communications Pvt. Ltd. Rahul has over 10 years of experience and has varied experience across industry verticals.
Prior to his current role, Rahul was heading business development and design for Independent News (India TV) Studio Brahma where he was managing clients across levels for Online Services (national and international ). He has also managed National channel partners in Net4 India Ltd. where he led the company start their national cyber wallet online operations on an international level.
Rahul has also worked as a management consultant for Manpower where he was managing clients like Mahindra and Mahindra and the TATA Group at a senior leadership level.
A National Award winner (BVP), a gold medalist in the science olympiad, a national swimmer and table tennis player, Rahul has a graduate degree from Symbiosis and a post graduate degree from IMT Ghaziabad.

Abhishek Gulyani is the Principal Consultant of Facio Communications Pvt. Ltd, India. In his more than 15 years of experience in the communication & service industry, he has managed clients across various global and Indian companies.
Prior to his current role, Abhishek was managing Public Affairs and Communications for American Express in India and for the South Asia Region. In his role, he was responsible for driving PR, Digital, CSR, industry Relations and Internal Communications.
In the past, he has worked with some of the leading organizations like Genesis BM., Perfect Relations, where he managed brands across technology, lifestyle, corporate and financial services sector. In his role, he has been a trusted advisor to some of the leading companies where he has managed key activities like M&A, Company Listing, Company Market Results, CEO visits and overall company reputation management.
Abhishek has also had long association with theatre and NSD where he was the member of the 1st batch of Theatre in Education. He has also been an assistant director with the "Sahitya Kala Parishad" (Summer Workshop for Children) and has been involved in directing street and stage plays during his college days.
Nibha has 18 years of experience in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. Her areas of specialization includes Corporate Communications, Brand Building, Crisis Communication, Public Relations, Media Management, Image building & Corporate Social Responsibility.
In her last role, Nibha was the General Manager, Fortis Healthcare Limited, responsible for managing external communications; leveraging PR to maximize visibility across audiences and channels, Pan India. Some of her work highlights at Fortis include; launching the flagship and destination hospital in Asia, the Fortis Memorial Research Institute (FMRI) in Gurgaon, launch of Fortis Ludhiana and Fortis Cancer Institute in Mohali.
She has led PR for key health specialities and doctors and been instrumental in leveraging the hospital's visibility via key Initiatives such as Health Days (World Heart Day and World Cancer Day, Organ Donation day etc.), Green Corridor initiatives in Chennai and Mumbai (for Heart Transplant) along with running a sustained PR campaign on clinical excellence.She has extensive expertise in managing crisis.
Prior to Fortis, Nibha was with Text 100, a global technology PR firm for 13 years. In her last role at Text 100, she worked as Deputy Managing Consultant overseeing Delhi revenue and operations along with being the client lead for Samsung, Facebook and Xerox.
Nibha also has worked with Genesis Burson-Marsteller Public Relations, India's leading Public Relations Consultancy as a part of their Consumer Technology andConsumer practice working on clients such as Carrier Aircon, National Geographic, Seagram, Ericssonand HLL-Aviance.
Nibha is a Post graduate in Marketing from Institute of Marketing Management and has a post GraduateDiploma in PR from YMCA, along with a bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons) from University of Delhi.
Her interests include Yoga, Pottery and Baking.
Yogesh has 16 years of experience in Digital media & Communications. Her areas of specialization includes Digital media communication, UI/UX, Digital Media Management, Online brand promotion & Corporate Social Responsibility.
who has over a decade of experience in Digital media design, campaigns, computer gaming and event management. Yogesh has worked with agencies such as Wunderman, Greycells (Network 18), Below the line (Event), Game A Guru (Gaming) and Airtel, Chances for children, Trident hotels, Oberoy hotels, IBM, Aviva, Revlon, India today etc. have been some of his clients. He is an MBA and holds a PG diploma in Journalism; Multimedia from Arena Multimedia and has completed his Graduation with Drawing and Painting as subject from Kanpur University.
His interests include technology, travelling and cartooning.
